pelanet88 What We Offer in Live Casino

What We Offer in Live Casino

Our casino floor runs Evolution's Live Blackjack Elite and Speed Baccarat, Pragmatic Play's Mega Roulette and Dragon Tiger rooms, and PG Soft's Mahjong Ways slots. You open the lobby from any device, pick a table, and join while the shoe is still fresh. Deposits via DANA, OVO or GoPay clear in under a minute; withdrawals follow the same wallets once verification closes.

We stream every table in HD with Indonesian-speaking dealers on selected rooms, so you see the shuffle, the deal, and the payout announcement without lag. Access depends on local law and is available where local law permits.

FAIR PLAY

How We Run Casino Operations

Live Studio Partnerships

Evolution and Pragmatic Play stream tables from regulated studios where every shuffle, cut card and shoe change is recorded on facility cameras. We receive the same certified feeds Indonesia players watch worldwide, with no post-processing.

RNG Certification for Slots

PG Soft and Pragmatic Play slots carry third-party RNG certificates issued by testing labs such as BMM and iTech Labs. We display those certs in the game info panel where available; studios that publish RTP also show it there.

Wallet-to-Wallet Payout Path

We hold deposits in segregated accounts and send withdrawals back to the DANA, OVO or GoPay number you funded from. No third-party processor sits between your wallet and ours, so the trail stays simple for your records.

Session and Balance Logs

Your account history records every deposit timestamp, every round bet ID, and every withdrawal request with its final status. Export the log as a CSV from your profile page whenever you need it for reconciliation.

HELP PATHS

Support While You Play

Team online

Live Chat Inside Lobby

Tap the help icon in any game screen and you reach our support team without leaving the table. They walk you through deposit confirmations, withdrawal status checks, and account verification steps in real time.

Wallet Verification Help

Your first withdrawal triggers a one-time check where you send a screenshot of your DANA, OVO or GoPay account holder name. Support confirms it matches your registered details, then every future payout clears automatically.

Device and Connection Guides

If a live stream freezes or a table fails to load, our device guide explains how to clear your mobile browser cache, switch between WiFi and mobile data, and restart the lobby session without losing your seat.

Live Casino Glossary

What is a Live Dealer?

A live dealer is a real person who shuffles, deals and announces results from a casino studio, streamed to your screen in real time so you see every card and wheel spin as it happens.

What does Shoe mean in Blackjack?

A shoe is the plastic box holding multiple decks of cards at a blackjack table. The dealer draws from the shoe until a cut card appears, then shuffles a fresh set of decks for the next shoe.

What is Dragon Tiger?

Dragon Tiger is a live table game where the dealer draws one card for Dragon and one for Tiger. You bet which side draws the higher card; tie pays if both cards match rank exactly.

What does Banker and Player mean in Baccarat?

Banker and Player are the two hands dealt in baccarat. You bet on which hand totals closer to nine, or you bet tie if both hands finish with the same total. The terms carry no role beyond naming the two sides.

What is a Side Bet in Live Casino?

A side bet is an optional wager on outcomes such as pairs, suits or specific card totals that resolve alongside the main hand. Side bets offer higher payouts but also carry higher house edge than the base game.

What does RTP mean for Slots?

RTP stands for Return to Player, expressed as a percentage. A slot with ninety-six percent RTP returns that proportion of all wagers to players over millions of spins, while the remaining four percent is house edge.

Live Casino Questions

Open the casino section from the main menu, browse Evolution or Pragmatic Play tables, tap the table card, and you land in the stream. If seats are full you join as a spectator until one opens or you switch to another table.

Yes. Evolution and Pragmatic Play dealers shuffle on camera at the start of each shoe. The studio also shows the cut-card placement and the discard tray so you watch the entire deck cycle from shuffle to final hand.

We accept DANA, OVO and GoPay. Open your wallet app, send to the account number shown on the deposit screen, confirm with your PIN, and the balance updates in your lobby within a minute once our system matches the transaction.

Withdrawals to DANA, OVO or GoPay usually process within two hours during business hours once your account passes verification. First-time requests need a wallet screenshot; after that approval is automatic and funds arrive faster.

The hand completes on the server even if your stream freezes. Reconnect to the lobby, open your bet history, and you will see the result and any payout that landed while you were offline. Your balance reflects the outcome immediately.

Access depends on local law. We operate our casino for regions where local law permits online gaming. Check your jurisdiction before opening an account; we do not offer service where local regulation prohibits it.
